Scientific-Pedagogical Council Held at Hədəf Lyceum for the 2024/2025 Academic Year

To conclude the 2024/2025 academic year, a Scientific-Pedagogical Council meeting was organized for the teaching staff of Hədəf Lyceum. The meeting focused on the overall outcomes of the academic year, the work accomplished, achievements, and plans for the upcoming period.

The meeting was opened by Nizami Huseynov, Executive Director of Hədəf Lyceums, who welcomed the participants, presented the agenda and speakers, and provided information about the results of activities aligned with the Hədəf Concept, changes in management, and strategic goals.

Shamsheddin Besher, Executive Director of Hədəf Stars Campus, delivered a presentation on the new campus’s operations, educational opportunities, and development plans.

Academic Director Pustakhanim Safarova presented a comprehensive report on efforts to improve the quality of education at the lyceum, implementation of lesson formats, monitoring and assessment processes, ELTA evaluation results, as well as KIQ, BIQ, and lesson observations.

Zulfiya Sadigova, Executive Director of the Azadlıq campus, and Elmin Yaqubbeyli, Executive Director of the Khatai campus, shared reports on the preparation stages for final and entrance exams for grades IX–XI, comparative statistics of mock exams, and social activities.

Mammad Mammadli, Executive Director of the Qurtuluş campus, and Vali Valizade, Executive Director of the Nasimi campus, provided information on projects, olympiads, competitions, and the promotion of healthy competition carried out throughout the year. They also highlighted students’ use of technology, talent identification, social work organization, and the teaching process with new textbooks.

During the meeting, certificates of appreciation were presented to distinguished staff members for their high achievements in education, success in the Teacher Performance Evaluation (PKPD), and overall contributions.

At the end, Nizami Huseynov, Executive Director of Hədəf Lyceums, thanked the team for their dedication, shared information about future goals, and wished everyone success in the new academic year. He also presented the PKPD results to the teachers.

Shamil Sadiq, General Director of Hədəf Companies Group, addressed the staff, presenting planned innovations and upcoming structural changes for the next academic year, and wished success for the future.
