Art, as a form of human expression rooted in everyday life, is as old as humanity itself. Just like science, art emerged from the human desire to understand and master the forces of nature. Although the meaning of “art” has evolved over time, its essence lies in the ability to communicate what we perceive—through technical skill and emotion—in a mysterious and aesthetic language that often surpasses the beauty of nature.
At Hədəf Lyceum, we enrich the education of future scientists and engineers by integrating creative arts into the teaching of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
The development of students’ aesthetic sensibilities is a key focus at Hədəf Lyceum. Through visual, auditory, cognitive, and tactile-based learning, students are taught to perceive, imagine, and express the world artistically. After discussing a topic in detail, they share their reflections and insights with peers, and then express them through visual arts, theatre, or music.
At Hədəf Lyceum, we help students:
Discover and develop their talents in different forms of art
Build a refined sense of aesthetic appreciation
Engage in artistic discussions
Participate enthusiastically in cultural and artistic events
Understanding the importance of connecting students with the world of art, we regularly organize trips to museums and exhibitions and arrange meetings with renowned artists. In our Art Studios, students can explore their interests through painting, photography, cartooning, miniature art, ebru (marbling), music, theatre, weaving, pottery, dance, and other art forms. We also encourage students to engage in digital art using modern technologies.
