Workshops are organized by the school and are conducted by designated teachers based on the interests and enthusiasm of students. They may be held on a paid or unpaid basis depending on the nature of the activity.
The main objective of organizing workshops is to:
Create an environment for students to develop their existing potential
Increase awareness in specific subject areas
Broaden the knowledge and skills gained through academic programs
Help students cultivate creativity and practical application abilities
Workshops are formed on a voluntary basis and may run for one or more academic years, depending on their purpose and content. They are open to students across primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary levels. While forming the groups, student interest, talent, and intellectual capacity are prioritized, regardless of class level. Each workshop must have a minimum of 8 students and a maximum of 15.
Workshop leaders are appointed or dismissed by the school principal.
Students who participate in sports-related workshops must provide a medical certificate confirming they are physically fit to participate.
The school leadership is responsible for ensuring the effective and meaningful implementation of all workshops. Overall supervision of club and workshop activities falls under the responsibility of one of the assistant principals.
Workshop success is evaluated based on student participation in relevant events such as exhibitions, competitions, tournaments, concerts, and olympiads.
In addition to workshops funded by the school’s budget, paid and volunteer-based workshops can also be organized, as long as they comply with the school’s standards.
