Pedagogical Council Meeting Held at Hədəf Lyceum

A pedagogical council meeting dedicated to summarizing the results of the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year and discussing the tasks ahead for the second semester was held at Hədəf Lyceum. Prior to the start of the meeting, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.

Following this, presentations by the lyceum students were delivered. On behalf of the students, they voiced their proposals and drew attention to the problems they had observed.

The Executive Director for General Affairs of Hədəf Lyceums, Nizami Huseynov, delivered a report analyzing the overall results of the first semester, highlighting the work carried out and the achievements attained, and also presented the results of a survey conducted among parents.

A comprehensive report was presented by Academic Director Püstəxanım Səfərova on the measures taken to improve the quality of education at the lyceum, the implementation of teaching methods, the results of monitoring processes, statistical indicators for KİQ and BİQ, as well as the current state of lesson observations and subject instruction.

The Founder Director of the Hədəf Group of Companies, Associate Professor Şəmil Sadiq, provided information on planned innovations, structural and personnel changes, analyzed shortcomings identified during operations and ways to eliminate them, and gave relevant instructions regarding organizing work in line with new requirements. Emphasizing that “Hədəf’s main goal is not only to raise knowledgeable and intellectually developed youth, but also patriotic young people loyal to national values and traditions,” Ş. Sadiq wished the teaching staff success in fulfilling the assigned tasks and responsibilities.

During the pedagogical council meeting, information was provided on the establishment and effective operation of the Turan Balabilgə Academy. Discussions were held with teachers regarding further improving the quality of education and discipline, the results of trial exams, and the level of preparation for university entrance examinations, and proposals were put forward.
