Parents’ Meeting Held at “Hedef STARS”

Shamil Sadiq, Founder Director of Hedef Group of Companies, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, met with the parents of young talents who were selected as the first participating members and department heads of the “Turan Balabilge Academy” at the “Hedef STARS” campus. The meeting was held in an atmosphere of mutual communication and open dialogue, during which views were exchanged on various aspects of the educational process.

Welcoming the parents warmly, Shamil Sadiq spoke about the idea behind the establishment of the “Turan Balabilge Academy,” its main areas of activity, goals and objectives, as well as the corporate social responsibility projects consistently implemented by the Hedef Group of Companies. He noted that within the framework of the “HemÜrek” charity fair, which has been organized for five years with the active participation of parents, teachers, and students, 10,000 manats raised this year were donated to the “YASHAT” Foundation. It was also emphasized that within the cooperation with the “YASHAT” Foundation, Hedef Lyceum provides free education to 38 children of martyrs and a 50% tuition discount to 10 children of veterans, continuing its social responsibility activities consistently in this direction.

Expressing gratitude to the parents for their active participation and support in social projects, Shamil Sadiq also provided information about the prospective development program of Hedef lyceums. He highlighted that the “Hedef International School” (Cambridge International School) will begin operations this year in the Badamdar settlement, and registration for grades 1–9 at this educational institution will start in February.

During the meeting, detailed information was also shared about the cooperation memorandum recently signed between Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU) and Hedef Group of Companies, as well as the “Third Education Managers Forum” successfully held last year. At the same time, it was noted that preparations are underway at a high level for the international “STEAM-8 at Hedef” training scheduled for January 26–27. It was emphasized that such large-scale projects and events contribute to the education of an innovative, professional, and patriotic young generation at Hedef lyceums.

At the end of the meeting, parents expressed their satisfaction with the modern educational environment created at Hedef lyceums and Hedef courses, the social opportunities provided for students, as well as the nutrition and safety conditions for the young talents. The parents highly appreciated the continuous improvement in the quality of education and voiced their opinions and suggestions regarding future activities. Discussions were held around the issues raised.
