"A Sound Mind in a Sound Body" Obstacle Race!

On April 7, 2025, a special event was held at Hədəf STEAM Lyceum among 7th-grade students to celebrate World Health Day. Organized jointly by the Natural Sciences Department and the Physical Education Department, the “A Sound Mind in a Sound Body” obstacle race aimed to promote physical activity and raise interest in a healthy lifestyle among students.

The main goal of the event was to instill in children the importance of a healthy lifestyle, stimulate their physical and mental development, and at the same time strengthen team spirit. Each participant not only enjoyed the race but also once again realized how essential health is for human life.

Throughout the event, teachers and school administration supported the students, encouraged them, and added a fun and engaging atmosphere to the competition. At the end, outstanding students were awarded with certificates and small gifts.

Such events are a reflection of the importance Hədəf STEAM Lyceum places on the holistic development of its students and on shaping them into healthy individuals. Young people growing up with the principle of "a sound mind in a sound body" will ensure a healthy future for our society!
