Memorandum of Cooperation Signed Between ADPU and Hadef Group of Companies
On January 13, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ADPU) and the Hadef Group of Companies.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Rector of ADPU, Professor Jafar Jafarov, highlighted the importance of mutual joint activities. He stated that efforts in this direction contribute significantly to implementing pedagogical education policy in line with modern requirements and preparing knowledgeable personnel with innovative thinking. The Rector highly praised the activities and initiatives of the Hadef Group of Companies in this field.
The founding director of Hadef Group of Companies, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Shamil Sadiq, expressed his gratitude for the attention and respect shown. He emphasized the importance of elevating the multi-year cooperation with ADPU to an official level through this memorandum. He noted that the "Hadef STEAM 8" international training session, scheduled for January 26–27, will also be co-organized with ADPU. It was mentioned that this international platform will once again bring together education experts, teachers, and researchers to discuss new scientific approaches, with trainers and experts from various foreign countries participating in the event.
Shamil Sadiq emphasized that the signed document not only creates a legal basis for joint activities in the international educational arena but also stands as a successful example of public-private partnership.
Subsequently, Rector Jafar Jafarov and founding director Shamil Sadiq signed the memorandum of cooperation.
The memorandum defines the legal framework for cooperation in education, scientific research, internships, personnel training, and STEAM directions. It aims to develop the practical skills of students studying in pedagogical specialties, prepare them as professionals meeting labor market demands, advance the STEAM-based education model, and implement joint scientific, methodological, practical, and innovative projects between the university and Hadef Group.
At the end of the ceremony, gifts were exchanged, and a commemorative photo was taken.
