Parent Meetings on First Semester Results Were Held at Hədəf STEAM Lyceum!

On February 8, a parent meeting was held at the Nasimi campus of Hədəf STEAM Lyceum regarding the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. The highlight of the meeting was the unique approach of the lyceum—young learner presentations. Students from grades I-VIII performed in front of parents and the lyceum administration, showcasing their self-expression, critical thinking, public speaking, confidence, and leadership skills.

• Young Learner Presentations – A report on students’ knowledge and skills gained at the lyceum, including self-criticism and areas for improvement.
• Class Teachers' Reports – Presentation of academic and analytical observations to parents, with discussions on students' social and academic progress.

Key Topics of the Meeting:

• Announcements regarding national and international olympiads, admission exams, tuition fee waivers, and the Cambridge Checkpoint exam;
• Use of the lyceum’s electronic platform (mis.edu.az) by parents, teachers, and students;
• Individual meetings with subject teachers;
• Participation of students in excursions, clubs, and projects.

At the end of the meeting, practical experiments prepared in collaboration with subject teachers were demonstrated. Parents analyzed students' progress based on BIAAM (Analytical and Academic Indicators) and had discussions with teachers. Young learners showcased their achievements through debates, practical examples, and presentations.

Additionally, parents who supported the "HəmÜrək" charity fair were awarded certificates of appreciation.
