Hədəf Lyceum's Concept for Grades 1–8 and Beyond

The educational concept offered by Hədəf Lyceum for students in grades 1 to 8 is primarily focused on developing their worldview, mathematical thinking, analytical skills, as well as abilities in reading comprehension, listening, differentiation, and inquiry.

Once these foundational skills are established, students begin the next important phase—preparing to step into real life as individuals. Starting in Grade 9, our priority is to support students in developing early professional competencies alongside focused preparation for university entrance exams, ensuring a strong foundation for their future careers.

Hədəf Lyceum delivers a project-based, globally competitive STEAM-oriented curriculum, with the goal of equipping students not only for academic success in university admissions but also for student life and future career readiness. Our students are raised to be creative and modern individuals—confident problem solvers, capable of conducting projects in STEAM labs, and proficient in foreign languages to participate in international academic programs that broaden their horizons.

Beginning in Grade 9, students receive career guidance from school psychologists and teachers. Based on their chosen specializations, they are placed into groups and targeted preparation courses are offered. At this stage, we collaborate with Hədəf Courses, one of Azerbaijan’s leading institutions in university entrance preparation and a key member of the Hədəf Companies Group. Experienced instructors from Hədəf Courses are invited to deliver lessons as part of this joint program.
