Swimming

Swimming is a sport that provides immense benefits for human health. It helps the body gain flexibility and freedom of movement, and primarily burns stored fat reserves, contributing to healthy energy expenditure. Swimming also strengthens breathing capacity, increases the level of oxygen in the blood and cells, and activates all muscles and organs, supporting the heart with a flow of clean, oxygenated blood.

At Hədəf STEAM Lyceum, swimming lessons are offered once a week for grades 1 to 8, with each session lasting 40 minutes.
