A memorandum of sister-school cooperation was signed between Hədəf STEAM Lyceum and Nesibe Aydin Schools!

Under this collaboration, knowledge and experience will be exchanged between the two educational institutions, and joint pedagogical activities will be carried out. Several important decisions were made during the meeting.

The sister-school memorandum was signed between Hədəf STEAM Lyceum and Nesibe Aydin Schools, one of Turkey's largest private school networks.

Main objectives of the memorandum:

• Facilitating the exchange of experience between teachers and students of both schools.

• Establishing broad pedagogical cooperation.

• Conducting joint scientific and academic projects.

Additionally, it was agreed that Nesibe Aydin Schools would participate as official partners in the Turkish Integration Olympiad, with the third Olympiad scheduled to be held at Nesibe Aydin Schools in Ankara in 2026.

Within the cooperation framework, Prof. Dr. Levent Eraslan (President of SODİMER) and Mirkan Aydın (Vice Chairman of Nesibe Aydin Schools) held a broad discussion titled "The Future of Education: The Beginning of a New Era." During the event, transformations in education systems, the requirements of the new era, and teachers' adaptation processes to these changes were discussed.

The meeting extensively covered:

• Key trends shaping the future of education and international experiences.

• The role of artificial intelligence and digital tools in modern teaching and their impact on pedagogical processes.

• Professional development of teachers, innovative pedagogical approaches, and student-centered teaching methods.

• Cooperation in education among Turkic states, unified curricula, and teacher exchange programs.

Additionally, a training session titled "Corporate Culture in Education" was held for parents at Hədəf STEAM Lyceum's Nasimi campus. This event significantly contributed to strengthening school-parent relationships.

The session discussed the importance and role of corporate culture in education, enhancing parent-school collaboration, and how parents’ active participation positively impacts students' academic and social development. The importance of open communication and mutual trust within the school-teacher-parent triangle was emphasized as a key success factor.

At the end of the training, an active Q&A session took place with parents particularly asking questions on the discussed topics.
