The Chairman of the Republican Committee of the Azerbaijan Free Trade Union of Education Workers, Araz Pashayev, participated in the Pedagogical Council meeting.

During the Pedagogical Council meeting, the lyceum’s areas of activity and semi-annual results were discussed. First, the opinions of the lyceum students about the institution were heard, and their feedback and suggestions regarding the educational environment and opportunities were considered.

Then, the academic directors presented a comprehensive report on the academic performance of the lyceum. The students' exam results, KIQ and BIQ results, and reports from the graduation exam preparation classes were presented. Comparisons and analyses of classes and subjects were conducted. The executive directors spoke about social projects and the lyceum’s social achievements, providing information on the work done and future prospects. The reports of the branch managers were also heard and discussed. Shamil Sadiq made general remarks on the reports, highlighting key aspects to focus on for further improvement in teaching quality in the coming year.

At the end of the meeting, the founding director, Shamil Sadiq, shared his thoughts on the activities of the Pedagogical Council and the lyceums' semi-annual achievements, touching on future development strategies.
