Visit to Ankara for Experience Exchange with Our Sister School — Nesibe Aydın Schools — and on the Occasion of the Republic Day of Türkiye
The delegation of Hadaf STEAM Lyceums successfully completed a three-day experience exchange program in Ankara and returned to Baku. The visit was organized in cooperation with our sister school, Nesibe Aydın Schools, one of Türkiye’s leading educational institutions, within the framework of professional collaboration and in honor of the Republic Day of Türkiye.
During the program, the delegation participated in a series of productive meetings and exchange sessions, gaining valuable insights into Nesibe Aydın Schools’ teaching methodologies, management model, financial and accounting systems, human resources operations, assessment and evaluation mechanisms, as well as social media management and communication strategies.
The Hadaf Lyceums delegation was represented by Nizami Huseynov, Director of General Affairs; Pustakhanim Safarova, Academic Director; Vali Valizade, Executive Director of the Nasimi Campus; Mammad Mammadli, Executive Director of the Qurtulush Campus; and Gulzar Nabiyeva, Head of Marketing at Hadaf Group of Companies.
Throughout the visit, the delegation observed the school’s educational environment, laboratories, sports infrastructure, library, and technological facilities. They also held insightful discussions with experienced educational leaders, including Mr. Mirkan, Mrs. Nesibe, Mr. Mete, Mrs. Ebru, Mr. Kemal, and Mr. Mehmet Cantekin.
As part of the program, the Hadaf Lyceums delegation took part in the 29 October Republic Day celebrations of Türkiye, conveying congratulations from their students to the teachers, pupils, and parents of their sister school.
The main purpose of this visit was to strengthen educational cooperation between the two brotherly countries, enhance teaching quality through shared academic and administrative practices, and lay the foundation for new joint projects.
